On the 19 November 2015 we donated embroidered sunhats to the Big Issue vendors in Cape Town. Recognizing their need for protection from the sun's harsh rays while selling on the streets, we felt they needed our support.
Our sunhats are awarded the Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA) Seal of Recognition (CSOR) showing that our products offer the assurance of protection against the harmful effects of the sun. They meet the UPF50+ requirements.
In order to further support the Big Issue Cape Town we are running a competition. Post a photo of a Cape Town vendor wearing their Emthunzini Hat on our social media channels and the best 3 photo's will each win a hat of their choice PLUS the vendor will receive a super Christmas cash bonus. This competition ends on the 15 January 2016.
