International orders via the above mentioned countries can now be placed at a delivery cost of R300.

Delivery will be via the South African Post Office & UPU (Universal Postal Union) and can take an estimated 6-10 weeks for delivery.
Please bear this in mind, as this is a "long term" delivery option with an extended waiting period.

When you place an order on this site you will be asked for a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours.
For very remote areas not serviced by our normal couriers we may have to deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest town to you that is accessible.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping once your order has been dispatched via the courier service/SA Post Office, however we are confident our courier partners will offer timeous delivery.

We do our very best to deliver perfect products. Should an item nevertheless not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days after receipt of the order.

Return & Refund: We will give you a full refund including original delivery charges (from our warehouse to your address).

Exchange: The delivery charges relating to the product return will be for your own account. If you return a partial order to us, we will refund you the returned item(s) excluding delivery charges. 

Please note: The returned item must have all their original swing tags & labels attached, be packed in its original packaging and be in a new, unused condition as you received the product.
