We are unfortunately not able to indicate when we will be able to ship any international orders out of South Africa.
The SA Postal Service is still not open for international deliveries during the current lockdown restrictions.

Please allow 3-5 days for shipping throughout South Africa.
When you place an order on this site you will be asked for a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours.
For very remote areas not serviced by our normal couriers we may have to deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest town to you that is accessible.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping once your order has been dispatched via the courier service.
A tracking number will be provided for your reference, as soon as this is available so you can track your order.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS
We do our very best to deliver perfect products. Should an item nevertheless not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days after receipt of the order.
We will give you a full refund including original delivery charges (from our warehouse to your address). If you return a partial order to us, we will refund you the returned item(s) excluding delivery charges. You are however responsible for the return fees.
Please note that the returned item must have all their original swing tags & labels attached, be packed in its original packaging and be in a new, unused condition as you received the product.
