RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We do our very best to deliver high-quality products. Should an item nevertheless not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days after receipt of the order.
Returns & Refunds: Returns due to a product flaw or defect qualify for a 100% refund.
Exchanges: The delivery charges relating to the product return will be for your own account. If you return a partial order to us, we will refund you the returned item(s) excluding delivery charges.
Return/Exchange Conditions: The returned item must have all their original swing tags & labels attached, be packed in its original packaging and be in a new, unused condition as you received the product.
